Please note: we abide by all City, County and State laws regarding rentals. Since we rent seasonally for less than 6 months at a time, we must charge a 7% Florida Sales and Use tax and a 5% Pinellas County resort tax. These taxes we collect are turned directly over to the proper agency every month. We are also required by the City of Tarpon Springs to rent mobile homes for no less than 2 months. If you are a potential guest, please consider that we are not in the business of turning a profit on our rentals. We are simply trying to supplement the yearly cost of owning them and are not willing to break the law. We feel that our honesty is rewarded by the fact that we always end up with guests of like mind and always have guest or two who return every year.
